By clicking on the button above, you will be redirected to the American Heart Association web site ecard claim page. You will need:

• First Name

• Last Name

• Email (as you listed on the course registration sign in sheet in class)

OR

• Your eCard code

Upon entering the above information it will direct you to your eCard and options to claim card, including the option to print if you wish to do so.
